- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very unprofessional. Took them 3 weeks to fix a broken water heater in our unit, didn’t have hot water because of it. Also managers are very unprofessional about paper work and following up with tenants. Received threatening voicemails that I would have my rent increased if I didn’t do this or the land owners signed them to manager their property, which I might add Karen and her husband are very unprofessional as well when addressing any issues.
