- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst BofA that I ever been in, the employees are illiterates, especially the ones at the drive-thru who don't even know how to cash a check, it takes them 15 to 20 min for each transaction, then Marco comes back and tells me that he's unable to cash the check and the other one Jackie the same thing so I just wasted 20 min. for nothing. Then the ones inside the bank the lines are always very long and the manager is of no help and feels insulted if I bring out the "deficiencies and errors" of the employees on the drive thru.By Letty Pena, December 23, 2017
